Our established training and coaching practice has now moved to a more practical and functional new premises in Cheam, Surrey just 30 minutes from central London (By rail from Victoria) and within 15 minutes of the M25 by car.

We cater for both. We are perfectly at home delivering complete trainings on site for corporations of all sizes and also at accepting individuals into our own training schedules from our own suite. From experience we prefer to keep these groups small (10-15 max) to ensure maximum individual attention.

Our aim at Impact is to create the ultimate in corporate learning experience such that we become the first choice for Business training and coaching in the M25 area.

We understand that directors, managers and business owners talk. As such it is our aim that each client contact with us is a pleasant and enjoyable experience whilst ensuring that the objectives of the development are exceeded.

At Impact we understand that businesses have very individual development requirements for their people dependent upon their size, structure and market. We also recognize that these people learn in different ways and we ensure that all training and coaching design and delivery are tailored to those individual requirements.

We incorporate the science of Neuro Linguistic Programming within all learning modules to ensure maximum positive change and to ensure that that we assist all delegates with embedding new learnings.
