Introduction to NLP
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) studies how we structure our
experiences, how we think about our values and beliefs and how we
create our emotional states.

We construct our internal world from our external experiences and give
them individual meaning and therefore everybody's internal model of the
world is very unique.
